Question: hi,
I am 37 year old. Recently delivered my second baby who is 4.5 months old and had family planning operation done.

Recently I slipped out at my house due to wet floor. during those initial days I didn't had any pains. but from past 1.5 months, very often (weekly once or two days once), I get pain at hip joints, once I get up in morning. and with this pain, I will not be able to walk for few minutes. Later once I start moving, the pain reduces and I can start walking normally.

Since this pain is coming very regularly, wanted to take the advise on medication to be taken.

Brief Answer:
Get x rays both hips done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you are having occasional pain in both hips more in the morning for few minutes. Most likely it is muscular pain related to vitamin and trace elements deficiency. But you should exclude avascular necrosis of hips by x rays of hips as avascular necrosis is known to occur during and after pregnancy. Till then you can take analgesic such ibuprofen for pain relief and multivitamin and trace element supplements.
Hot water bag fomentation may help you.
You can apply topical analgesics like Volini

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
