Brief Answer:
Could be due to a number of causes. Needs to be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query. Some children are more prone to catching cold and recurrent episodes are seen. Most often such episodes are caused due to viral infections that manifest with fever. Nevertheless, she needs a thorough check up to rule out immunological causes like juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, infective causes like tuberculosis, and certain other causes. Tonsillitis could be another predisposing factor. I would need you to provide me details about the episodes, how long the fevers remain (number of days) and the number of days in between episodes. A complete blood count followed by C-Reactive protein (CRP) levels would be the first step. I would insist you to get the reports done (if not done already) and to upload them. Based on them as well as your inputs I could guide you further.

I would wait for your inputs.

Regards
