Brief Answer:
Continue Cetapin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

You don't have to be worried about taking Cetapin. It is safe in pregnancy.

You need to continue Cetapin, it will help you in more than one way.
Reduce your weight, lowers your HbA1c value, brings down your insulin resistance, lower your lipids and helps regularize your periods.

All this contributes to control of your PCOS & increase the chance of pregnancy.

But this Cetapin has to be taken for at least 6 months as a course for desired effect or change in therapy.

Take the help of your Gynecologist for menstrual issues.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Maximum One year.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Cetapin can be taken for 1 year in cause of PCOS anxious to conceive.

But you need to reviewed and assessed by your Gynecologist every 3 month.

She will be the one to decide whether to continue Cetapin or to try other therapeutic methods.

Nausea is a part of gastric side effect of Cetapin. Don't worry. Over a period you will tolerate.

Regards.
