Brief Answer:
If difficulty in breathing is present, should send your friend to ER...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

You are reporting that your friend was bitten by an unknown spider and has typical symptoms. Can you please clarify in details your friend is having? : fever? hypotension? allergy symptoms?

Dayquil can help with allergy symptoms. However, if they are severe and if your friend is not able to breathe, should send to ER as soon as possible.

I'd suggest to take another combination of Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine to relieve allergy and breathing symptoms.

Clean the site where your friend was bitten with warm water and soap; rinse well and apply anti-histaminic med if it is itchy or just keep it clean if no other symptom is present.

Once again, if your friend is having difficulty with breathing should send to ER. Or even in case the site of bite gets inflammed or infected, should consult with your doctor for further medical help.

Wish fast recovery!

I told her to go to the hospital and she is now going as the discomfort is incresing. She was bit about12 hours ago. I told her that if you don't know the spyder type, not to take a chance as very serious reations could arrise and leave you helpless.

Brief Answer:
Try to convince her to go to ER...but relax at the same time...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXXXXX

If her discomfort is increasing, then, it's better to send her to ER. Even if no serious problems would be present, at least you will be more relaxed to know that everything is ok.

So, try to gently talk to your partner and send her to ER. She is going through this, but you need to be calm. At least, one of you should be calm and take things with tranquility in order to make crucial decisions.

Wish fast recovery!

Hello again. My friend that was bitten by a spider went to the hospital and the doctor in the ER did nothing as she could not identify the spider. She came back here to my house and ever since has noticed the swelling and the pain, both intensifying to a very high degree. She doesn't know what to do now. Please help me with some kind of an answer.
