Suggest Treatment For Inguinal Hernia

Question: A surgeon has confirmed that the lump in my groin is a hernia. I am considering surgery since the pain seems to be increasing. Is this the only option? Will I be able to return to a physically demanding job after surgery and what is the likely recovery period if I choose a non-mesh surgery method?

Surgery only .
* Regarding non-mesh surgery method , recovery is within 2 weeks but weight
lifting strenuous work is not advisable for 6-8 weeks usually .
Recommendations for you :
At the age of 38 & looking at physically demanding job , I will recommend
Mesh surgery only due to - no chances of recurrence in future .
