Brief Answer:
Likely bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Though lesion is not clear.it appears to be due to bacterial infection .it does not appear like fungal infection. So Photos are important.
Clean the area twice daily with warm water twice daily.
You can apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin.take analgesics like brufen if pain.
It may be due to some injury or insect bite or else.
As you had protected intercourse STD s are unlikely.
If does not subside then you can consult doctor or get back to me with the photos and symptoms at that stage.
It is not clear of leg rash site morphology duration symptoms etc.You can send photos and details of same for clarification.
You can get back to me for any clarifications else please close the discussion and rate.
Thank you
Dr Bharatesh

Brief Answer:
Unlikely STD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Please clean the area with warm water 2-3 times a day. Then apply topical mupirocin cream for 2-3 times a day for 1-2 weeks.Just a thin film layer is enough for application
Take analgesics like brufen or diclofenac two times (1 morning after breakfast and 1 night after food).
Do not cause irritation or friction .
Condoms do protect from STDs if used properly and if there are no holes in condoms. Some infections like herpes (which can spread from Skin to skin contact or by kiss) cannot be prevented if it is outside area of condom.
You can get back to me for any clarifications else please close the discussion and rate.
Thank you
