My second year with my second wife is almost ending. I have done several medical check ups with contradicting results. Can you please advice?

Brief Answer:
infertile

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You are concerned about not being able to conceive a child. Two of your sperm analysis do show that you are infertile. The one in 2013 was at the low end of normal. So at this point I would say that you are still infertile and have a low sperm count. I would recommend that you see a urologist and be tested for low testosterone. It is possible that your testosterone hormone levels are low and may impact your fertility. I also recommend no alcohol use and no hot baths or hot tubs. Both alcohol and hot baths will reduce sperm counts.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again with your health care concerns and questions

Thanks for the response. I have met a urologist and have done hormonal tests, liver profiling and physical diagnosis of tests. All gave normal results. Can I share with you those results for review and further recommendation? If yes, please give me an email address.
I have just uploaded two hematology reports, a liver profile report and a special chemistry report. Not sure if you have seen them.

Labs normal

Detailed Answer:
All your labs look completely normal. They do not explain your low sperm count

Thanks. What best approach would you recommend to overcome this?
I have one urologist who advised me to do IUI while another one advised me to take nutritional supplements like fertilaid for me, motility boost and count boost. Would these nutrients help?

Brief Answer:
No much data that nutritional supplements help

Detailed Answer:
Truthfully there is no studies that show any treatments help boost fertility in men. As I already recommended no alcohol and no hot bathing. I am sorry there is little we can do to improve your sperm counts.
