Brief Answer:
You require medicine to increase follicular size.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can see your concern here.

It is true that your follicular size is not appropriate, we need at least 20-24 mm size follicle to rupture.

It is not a serious issue, please do not worry about it.

You should consult a gynecologist and take clomid tablet for 2-3 cycle, along with prenatal vitamin and folic acid tablet.

Do you have overweight? If it is so metformin is also really useful.

Diet can definitely act as an important role in it.

-You should take diet low in fat and sugar and rich in leafy green vegetables and fruit and maintain adequate weight to conceive fast.
-Get adequate sleep and do not take stress.
Drinking a lot of water.
-Do some yoga and meditation

Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to assist you.

Good luck.
Regards
