Question: i am XXXXXXX wifeof XXXX my age is 38 years and he is 45 .We got married in May-2013.My pregnency was terminated with in 45 days last september sincefoetus did not have heart beat.I am takinf fpl Xt fromdec-13 .Please suggest how to get pregnent. My last period start was sep 1st.and prior period was 2nd aug

1) Since you are already 38 years old it is possible for your fetus was chromosomally abnormal which is common at your age group.
2) That is the reason it didnt have a heat beat.
3) I suggest you go to IVF process with Preimplantation genetic diagnosis to transfer normal embryos.
4) As advances, the possibilities of normal embryos and pregnancy decrease. Hence I suggest you do it soon.

can we not wait for six more months what are the time to have sex for pregnency. Any medications to be used.Is there any specific period to have intercourse are can we have daily.Do we have to take any test and have medicines. My husband is prediabetic and is having total HDL cholestrol is 215 mg for which he is hvaing medicine fibator 10mg and serum triglycarides 325 mg and and 1st grade prostomagley vol 35 cc for which doctor advised no medication.And please suggest good gynacologist whom to contact at XXXXXXX near malleswaram or RT XXXXXXX
