Now I have got married (arranged) in a well to do family all well settled in their own life. At the time of marriage I hide few details like about my short tempered and aggressive behaviour. My husband is very supporting and patiently used to handle my issues and discussions my in laws too are supportive at one time but now the whole family is restricted in talks and engagements with me.
What disturb me:

b)     Both my in laws are in 70s age, though they are patiently dealing with me but they all keep on guiding me all day and pointing me the wrong doings if I do so, often I feel irritating and falls under discussion with them which ultimate let me loose trust, faith and confidence in them.
c)     My husbands sister are well educated and well versed with English-car driving-net savvy which give me complex and ultimately I avoid interacting with them and didn’t like at all my husband having call or messages with them.
d)     I don’t have any trust and confidence on my husband or any one.
e)     My husband thinks due to my aggressive behaviour the way of handling stress is not appropriate so he don’t feel like planning family now.
f)     He keep on insisting me to join meditation, yoga, some good books but I fails to take any interest in them.
g)     Other than household job and tv I don’t feel like taking interest in anything.
h)     About my English he insist me undergoing some spoken English course as it would require at the time of our children schooling but there too I lack interest.
i)     In family or social gatherings too I feel uncomfortable.

The behaviour which concerns me:
1.     My negative attitude pre-assumed negative thoughts about others.
2.     Doubting nature on others,
3.     Aggressive behaviour-shout during discussion,
4.     Sense of insecurity,
5.     No interest in any other job like reading, writing other then household jobs.
6.     Lack of faith and confidence in others result in continuous stress,
7.     Lack of confidence hence over react on little issue for justifying herself.
8.     To distress or due to stress I usually can wake up whole night and crib about the incidents can stand for long hours or sit on a couch for over-night like to cry for long hours, have a heated discussion which ultimately most of my family members stops jellying with me much even my husband use to console me and give me maximum time in trying making me understand the problem and what should be the solution but now a days he too left me sparing time in consoling me.

Brief Answer:
you need a psychiatric consultation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here. I have read your query in detail.

To summarize your concerns, I would say that you are a 30yrs old woman, with 9 months history of marital life facing issues day-to-day with your husband and in law. You do not have interest in other activities except for your regular work. Ir seems like you are facing a problem of low self esteem with yourself.

It appears to me that due the family circumstances and your self assessing tendencies, you have developed inferiority complex which is leading you to depression. All symptoms which you have mentioned are pointing towards depression.

I think at this time you need help from a psychiatrist near your area.
You would need psychological treatment like cognitive behavior therapy to correct your perceptions about self and others.

If need be drugs like escitalopram(antidepressant) and ativan (for sleep) will be prescribed by your doctor to relieve your symptoms.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Drugs and CBT will definitely help in your problems.

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Welcome again.

Let me answer your queries in the order which you have asked:
1. You can conceive even now in this state of mind. No problems in that. But do consult a gynecologist regarding your PCOS and conception possibilities.

2. I will try to explain in simple terms, how cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) goes.
The goal of CBT is to help a person learn to recognize negative patterns of thought, evaluate their validity, and replace them with healthier ways of thinking.
I will try to explain this with an example from your details.
One of the negative aspect in your thinking is emotional reasoning. You feel that your sister-in-laws are modern and you havent been so up-to-date because you belong to small town. Thats why your husband should not call or message them.
You should re-think how valid is this behaviour? Would this not disturb the relationship between you husband and his sisters?
The healthier way of thinking would be to learn the internet, laptop, car-driving etc and stay updated. As you said your husband is very loving, he will definitely help you in this.

Similarly, the therapist identifies all the negative thoughts, will help you to test heir validity and find out healthier ways of thinking for you.

3. In XXXXXXX the best place to consult is NIMHANS.

4. The therapy will address all your behavioral issues and rest of the symptoms in totality.

5. You can take escitalopram and ativan (both are prescription drugs) with the drugs you mentioned. If you have good sleep for most of the days, you can take ativan only when required.

6. For yoga treatment, you can visit 'Swami XXXXXXX yoga anusandhana smasthana'. This is the best place for yoga and other holistic treatments. They have different branches in Anekal and Chamarajpet in bengaluru.

7. A typical treatment with CBT will last for 14-16 weeks. I have already what is CBT and how it goes, in 'Point 2'.

8. Your behavioral problems are definitely curable. The duration of treatment will depend on how you respond to drugs or CBT.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.

If you wish, you can also ask direct queries at your convenience. May be we can work out on one-to-one CBT sessions, if you do not wish to visit a psychiatrist in person.

Kindly close the discussion if you have no more queries and give your valuable feedback.

I wish for your speedy recovery.

Thanks.
