Brief Answer:
Where do you have this problem?

Detailed Answer:
Hi an thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this ingrowing hair that you have reported. I will like to know where exact you are having this problem. Also, is it common after shaving or it comes spontaneously?

The most common cause of ingrown hairs is shaving. In this case, shaving too low always causes this problem and getting rid of it becomes difficult. The best measures are often prevention by avoiding to shave low and preferring superficial and frequent shaves.

Before saying so much, i will like to know the location and if possible, have an image for review. To upload an image, click on the link to upload an image and follow the instructions to do so. With that, I will give recommendations on what the way forward is. This would mainly be about hygiene, lifestyle and local antiseptics.

I hope to hear from you.Until then, I wish you well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will recommend the following after exchanging and reviewing your information fully.

1. Avoid shaving too low. I would recommend you shave more often than doing so and shaving very low once in a while.

2. After shaving, wash the area with an antiseptic lotion. A solution like dermobacter would help.

3. Personal hygiene is something to be very serious about. Avoid allowing the pubic area to get very sweaty, humid and hot. It is preferable for it to be dry and airy.

If there are any further concerns, I am right here.
