Question: Ice compress burned my skin above ankle
Several large blisters burst with yellow puss coming out
Washed with Hibiclens
Put on neosporin and wrapped with gauze
Several large areas approx 3 inches or more
Skin is raw and red
Gauze is now yellow from puss leakage
What else should I do?

Probably the burnt area has got infected leading to development of puss.
You can apply a broad spectrum antibiotic cream like mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
Keep the area clean and wash it with normal saline twice daily.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.

Should have prescribed silver sulfurdiazine 1% No oral antibiotic Not good because if I develop an infection, I will be resistant to that antibiotic
You were correct in telling me to go to my internist who recommended a plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon advised me to wash twice per day in shower for half hour per day
And then dress wound
He also told me not to go in ocean to swim etc
