Question: 69 yr old Asian male in good XXXXXXX over ate at restaurant yesterday. Today woke up dizzy with mild indigestion. I digestion gone still somewhat dizzy. 500 mg Tylenol?

I am afraid Tylenol might not be so helpful at this point.

Drinking much fluids , eating lots of fruits and vegetables could offer the best help. If you can walk or do some mild exercise , very much recommended.
