Brief Answer: Medications advised below. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern. Indigestion, dyspepsia, nausea are very common in pregnancy mostly in 1st trimester due to hormonal changes. However some people may have it even in late pregnancy. This mostly occurs due in late pregnancy due to abdominal distention as a rest of bulky uterus. I advice following in such conditions to my patients referred from gynaecologist for this problem: 1. Tab Doxinate twice a day. 2. Tab Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily for 2-3 days and later as on when required basis. Razo that you are taking is relatively safe but Ranitidine is safest. 3. Syrup Digene or Gelusil 2 tsf thrice a day. 4. Frequent small meals instead of 3 large meals. 5. To avoid spicy food. Don't take any medications without prior consultation with your doctor in pregnancy. They can be harmful to you and your baby. The medicines I have advised are safe to use. This is my best advice for you. If you have any other query please feel free to ask me. Stay Healthy.
