Brief Answer:
Indigestion related gurgling

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for GI symptoms.
1) Your symptoms might be related to increased movement of small intestine associated with indigestion. Indigestion might me due to less availability of stomach acid from chronic gastritis in your case.
2) For gastritis, you need evaluation to find cause behind this so that appropriate treatment based on cause can be started rather than providing symptomatic treatment for acidity. H.Pylori infection is one of most common cause for such chronic gastritis and this can be confirmed by upper GI endoscopy with RUT test. If present then you must take appropriate antibiotics for 14 days.
3) For gurgling which is due to indigestion, you can take anti-motility medicine (Loperamide) with caution as this might cause functional intestinal obstruction also. You can also take intestinal digestive enzyme supplementation (Unienzyme) to support digestion.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!

Brief Answer:
chronic gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Ok. Then your present symptoms is related to gastritis related indigestion.
For this, treatment in point 3) in above explanation will help.
90% of chronic gastritis are due to H.Pylori infection so I would still recommend to rule out this infection if not done previously.
