Suggest Treatment For Improper Growth Of An Infant
Question: Hi, my baby girl is about 3 months 17 days. Today my wife gone for some vaccination and they have check the weight. now baby weight is around 4.75 kgs. doctor is telling is not a proper growth. please tell me what i need to do.

Do not worry as long as your baby is active , feeding well and growing well ( i need the birth weight to comment on weight gain )
I would suggest few tips :
1. Continue exclusive breast feeding, even more frequently than your current frequency.
2. Good nutrition to mother which should include atleast a litre of milk and 2 litres of other liquids. Milk output will increase with good nutrition with vegetables and fruits.
3. recheck weight in a month to assess the gain in next month.
