Brief Answer:
Need the fresh report sir.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Yes I remember your case. Though it has been only a month but because of symptoms varying from our clinical judgment we must confirm the biochemical report. So, sir, let us have a fresh report. Regards!

Brief Answer:
Perfectly normal report.

Detailed Answer:
dear XXXXXXX your report is absolutely normal, and you should continue with the same dose. The symptoms you have described may be a phase or may be you need to add vitamin D and calcium.
As of your yesterday night symptoms , they could be some indigestion, acidity or gas for which you may take some pantoprazole. But if you think it was something serious you must see your doctor. Physical examination is different and at times important. regards!

Brief Answer:
yes you are right.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX I completely understand your concern .
trust me your reports are good.
When we talk , we talk a lot rather more than needed and when we write we become precise and don,t realize that you need more answers. Sorry ! I'll explain properly.
1. XXXXXXX 14, TSH 0.15, you were on Thyroxine 125 mcg, you had stopped methimez. I felt 125 is high for you.
I had asked you to reduce thyroxine to 100.
2. Repeat test in oct '14, showed lower FT4, and TSH raised slightly 0.17. Still the dose was high for you so we reduced further to 88 mcg.
3. We expected TSH tp rise. It did. now it is 0.7. so now the dose is fine I have not suggested any change.
If you had been going to hyper side again, TSH would not have raised. it would have been still low. or rather gone much lower.
regards!
