Question: Blood pressure of 132 over 86 with pulse of 105. I am 50 and have been this way all my life. Is there a reason for concern?

Try beta blockers for improvement

Hi
Your blood pressure is acceptable.
However the heart rate is high.

I would suggest an ecg, and an echocardiography.
Thereafter a small dose of beta blockers like atenolo, or metoprolo may help.
