Brief Answer:
Please continue the medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your daughter may be having a streptococcal infection, which can also affect the kidneys and therefore your doctor has asked for renal function test.

Another possibility is that since your daughter is dehydrated (coated tongue) there may be alteration in the renal function and your doctor may want to check it.

Please don’t worry, continue the medications prescribed by your doctor and encourage her to take plenty of water/juice.

Take care
