Brief Answer:
Repeat paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

Paracetamol syrup can be repeated after 4 hours. If fever persists after giving paracetamol then sponging with cold water should be done.

This could be viral fever as there are no other symptoms but if fever persists then there are chances of infection.

If fever persists, then you should get the child examined by a doctor.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Hi,
Welcome once again.

It will be better if you go in evening because if fever occurs in night then you and the child will both have problem. Also, in night it's difficult to get consultation with the desired doctor.

Hi,

Yes, I got that she is 1 year 4 months of age. I wanted to say that fever, loose stools due to teething occurs around 10 months of age. So, it's very much unlikely that fever is due to infection.

So, you should continue antibiotic.

Take care.
