Brief Answer:
The urine needs to be tested to rule out UTI

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the query. You need to get a urine microscopy and culture done to rule out any urinary tract infection (UTI) which could cause high fever as well as difficulty in passing urine. The second step would be to get a routine blood count done.

Give ORS or oral rehydration solution. It will help in preventing dehydration from developing. Nutrolin B is ok to be given. He needs a high fibre diet for his stool to be fine.

Get the investigations done and let me know the results and I would be happy to help you further.
