Brief Answer:
High risk of heart disease, consult cardiologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
The lipid profile results are on the higher side.

Total cholesterol 269 is high and there is high risk of heart disease in future.
HDL 35 is borderline low and needs to be more than 40 level
LDL 188 is high with high risk of heart disease
Cholesterol HDL ratio 7.7 is high. A total cholestererol to HDL cholesterol ratio (TC/HDL-C) greater than 5 is associated with an increased risk of heart attack.

From the above it is suggested that you consult a cardiologist and get further investigations like echocardiography done to know the functioning of the heart. Your doctor will also prescribe cholesterol lowering medications which need to be taken regularly.

Please also inform the cardiologist about your psoriasis and medications you are taking for it. Along with medications you must also start taking low oil containing foods. Please cook using olive oil at home and control alcohol intake. Please avoid intake of alcohol and smoking.

Doing yoga or light exercises for 30 minutes every day will help.

Above measures will help control your body weight.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Brief Answer:
Please get complete heart check up done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Feeling uncomfortable and loss of appetite can be due to many reasons. Stress is commonly associated with symptoms mentioned by you. Another cause can be any underlying heart related problem due to increased cholesterols. Please get a complete heart check up done and also get tests like ECG, echocardiography and tread mill test done to know any risk of associated heart disease.

Occasionally breathing difficulty during sleeping can also be due to a condition called sleep apnoea where there is decreased oxygen entry during sleep and this must also be investigated if required.

Please try and keep your mind free from stress as much possible.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
