Brief Answer:
Controlling stress is the key solution

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear Roisin,

I am sorry for the loss of your husband. This is life with bad and good things. Luckily you already have three children and lots of suport. They will help overcome this tough situation.

With regards to high cholesterol levels, stress is the main culprit. So, it is important to control stress and anxiety.

You can ask for help from psychologist and schedule psychotherapy.

Getting out and breathing fresh air can also be helpful.

All the best!
