Brief Answer:
can do both if possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can address both at the same time if possible because they both affect different systems and require different forms of treatment that may not interact.
Your cholesterol results: both your total and LDL cholesterol are in the high range.
These abnormal values would increase the risk of stroke, heart attack.

The HDL is suppose to be high, it is the good cholesterol.

Rheumatoid factor is increased in rheumatoid arthrtis as well as other autoimmune diseases such as lupus. May also be elevated in some infections such as mononucleosis. Increased levels can also be seen in liver disease and sarcoidosis.

Rheumatoid arthritis is diagnosed by using a combination of clinical signs/symptoms, blood tests and imaging. If you have the associated symptoms and the x rays confirm the presence of changes then the diagnosis may be made.

In the short term you may experience more distress from the rheumatoid arthritis and may want to address this first.
The complications from the cholesterol are long term.

Summary: rheumatoid issues more immediate , if you wish to separate may do this first but essentially both can be addressed at the same time

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
