Brief Answer:
These are markers of metabolic disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

You have done well to bring down very high sugars to normal. Continue the great job.

Diabetes is part of a metabolic disorder in which many markers like LDL cholesterol, uric acid and inflammatory markers like C reactive protein are elevated. This could be a result of previous high sugars.

For elevated uric acid dietary modifications like decreased consumption of meat, proteins, spinach etc may help. If it is not working, medications will help to bring it down.

I think you should try dietary modification and control of blood sugars for few months and repeat these parameters. If they are coming down there is no need to worry.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you.

Brief Answer:
Please check the urine routine

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome back.

The common cause of frothing of urine - which needs treatment - is albumin in urine. But your investigations are normal.

Other causes of frothing of urine are semen, blood, pus, bacteria, glucose, casts, crystals, bile, urates, phosphates, fat globules, ketones, white cells or nitrates in urine

Kindly do a urine microscopy (Urine routine examination) to look for other causes. If it is normal, no need to worry.
