Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure
Question: i am 56 year old - femal. I am taking Asoex 2.5 for my high BP frequently. I feel tied. what are the common side effects of this drug

1.Since how long you have been having High Blood pressure and since how long you have been taking Asomex 2.5mg?
2.Have got associated diabetes,High cholesterol or heart disease ?
3.How is your present BP ? with 2.5 mg is it under control ?
4.Did you have such complaints before starting Asomex ?
By and large asomex 2.5 mg does not lead to any major side effects side effects.
I would suggest you to take multivitamin and mineral preparation along with Asomex.

further information are are as follows:
1. i have High BP for the past three years. earlier I was taking aton-25 tab. for a year. I stopped when my bp normalized 6 months back. This asomex, I started taking 10 days ago on the advice of my doctor along with chlorothaldon IP 6.25. I stopped chlothaldon after 3 days due to frequent urination on the advice of doctor.
2. I have diabetes, cholestral or heart disease
3. after five days of taking my bp reduced from 160 to 150. now i continue only asomex.

Additional information: I was affected by viral fever last week and now alright.

It is likely that your weakness is mostly due to weakness following viral infection which may last for few days.you should look for following aspects of other ailment if your weakness is persistent.
1.Your target of BP should be below 140/80 mm of HG.
2.Your sugar parameters should be Fasting Sugar less than 110,Post meal sugar less than 160 and your HBA1C should be less than 7%.
3.Your serum cholesterol should be less than 150,LDL should be less than 100 and HDL above 40.
4.You should get your ECG and if needed stress testing done to rule out any possibility of blocks in heart arteries.
you need proper control of all these conditions and as i mentioned earier you should take multivitamin and multimineral capsules like cobadex czs.
