Brief Answer:
Increased SGPT level indicates liver injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings suggests raised SGPT and SGOT level. It may be asymptomatic.

Increased SGPT level indicates liver injury.Increase in SGPT may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.You need proper evaluation.
SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

Eosinophilia may be due to allergy, worm infestation etc.

Urine test is within normal limit.

It is good that you don't take alcohol.

Ultrasound of abdomen should be done to assess liver.

I suggest my patients to take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It will help in regeneration of liver cells.

You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
You will be fine soon.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
