Brief Answer:
Elevated GGT is due to smoking and chronic Liver disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

Before guiding you further, I would like to know for what you are prescribed Tanavic for 4 weeks.

Any recent viral DNA assay done ?

Further, I would like you to upload the CT scan report for a full information.

Elevated GGT in your case is due to effect of smoking and chronic Liver disease.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
