Brief Answer:
Modify life style and see

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Your BP readings are high, but not that high to start medications. Your diastolic (lower one) component of BP is high, and at your age it should be 80 mmHg instead of 90 or 100 mmHg.
First of all you should get hypertensive work up done.
I would advise you following investigations:
1. Kidney Function tests
2. Thyroid profile
3. Fasting Blood sugar
4. Fasting Lipid Profile
5. ECG.
I would recommend you life style modification. If your BP further increases or doesn't get under control with lifestyle modifications, you would require low dose diuretics like Hydrochlorthiazide.
I would advice you following for life style modifications for both your high BP as well as Cholesterol rise.
1. Reduce your weight. Start exercising regularly particularly brisk walk.
2. Avoid Fatty food in diet.
3. To consume potato, rice, oil, ghee, sweets, carbonated beverages in moderated amount only.
4. Avoid alcohol and smoking in case you do.
5. Take low salt diet and avoid pickle, namkeen, papad in diet.
So, modify your life style and get investigated as discussed.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Life style modification as discussed.

Detailed Answer:
In that case, i would advice you to adopt life style changes as discussed and write back to me after one month with fresh BP readings.
We would decide at that time, if any further intervention is indicated.
Good Luck.
