Despite recent changes to Irbesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide 300/12.5mg your blood pressure remains high. It is recommend adding a third drug to control blood pressure. Drugs such as Verapamil or Bisoprolol are effective with few adverse effects.
If blood pressure continues to remain high with three different drugs, your doctor must request additional tests to rule out high blood pressure due to kidney pathology, endocrine pathology, etc.
