Brief Answer:
Casual hypertension from sympatheic hyperactivity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX!

This is a casual hypertension due to sympathetic hyperactivity which cause high hypertension accompanied with head ache and abdominal pain.

I recommend to run the following examinations to exclude other causes of hypertension:
- Ecg
- Cardiac ECHO
- BP monitoring
- Abdominal ultrasound (icluding surrenal glands)

Hope this was of help!
