Question: Today I carried a full five gallon bucket 30 feet and up 3 steps I got lightheaded. I sat for a bit and was ok. Then I did a bit of light work and got dizzy again and had to lie down. I have high blood pressure soon medicated. Also for breakfast I had less sugar foods than normal. I may have undiagnosed diabetes or heart problem I just had an ultrasound of all my organs and all are up to spec. My blood is good, colesteral borderline. Any Ideas.
