Brief Answer:
Do not worry, the operation will be successful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Nice to see you again. How is your back pain, weakness and all the problems you had? Any investigations done then like MRI or so.

Well coming back to your present question:
Your history says that you had undergone the operation of the Hernia; but you feel that the operation was not successful and you lost scrotum during that operation.

Do you mean to say that you had torsion of the testis and hernia together after the weight lifting incidence.

Please tell me the details so that I can help you clarify more and may be help in decision making.

It is possible that you have a recurrence of hernia and this can be easily operated and there may not be complications as the scrotum (?testis) has already been lost. There is nothing to loose now and the operation will be done the best, Request your surgeon to put a good mesh and you will be fine.

Please give me details and we can discuss further.
