Brief Answer:
Should be given

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
If you were reactive anytime in pregnancy, then the immunoglobulin should be given to the baby on birth.
The dose is 0.5 ml of HBIG IM within 12 hours of birth.
It costs around Rs 1000-2000 depending upon the brand.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
