Brief Answer:
This seems to be typical hemorrhoids bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It is characteristic for hemorrhoids to give occasional bleeding. It can be triggered by constipation, hard stool, pushing hard on stool or even lifting heavy objects. Bleeding caused by hemorrhoids appears as a trace of blood on stool surface and on toilet paper. Blood is never mixed with stool.
If bleeding is not intense, can be treated with medicines. So you may start prepH. You may also increase fiber intake and have some sitz baths with Oak Bark.

If bleeding wont disappear in few days, you should consult general surgeon or proctologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
