Brief Answer: Possibility of Breast heatoma Detailed Answer: Hi welcome To Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Its likely that you would have sustained hematoma in the breast due to fall, which could be causing the pain. It will resolve spontaneoulsy on its own in next 1-2 weeks by liquifaction and absorption of hematoma. Local application of hot water fomentation will be helpful. Also analgesic and anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen will provide the much needed relief. In case you need any further assistance kindly write back to me. Wishing you a happy and healthy life.
