Plantar Fascitis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from a condition known as Plantar Fascitis. This is basically inflammation of your heel area and fascia under your skin. This usually occurs as a result of constant friction, heal shoes wearing and being overweight.
The treatment for this would be Anti inflammatory analgesic like Etoricoxib for a short duration along with using soft soles.
Shed down weight, if you are overweight.
In case , there is no relief, Steroid injection can be given locally.
I would also advice you to get your blood sugar, thyroid profile and uric acid levels done.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
