Suggest Treatment For Headaches

Question: Hi,
I think due to family relationship and hard work in front of computer, since I came back from holidays, I have some very slight headaches
My action plan is as follows
- search for help for family matters
- delegate as much as I can at work
- taking two days off on thursday and friday and saturday with no computers
- walking 30 minutes per day
- meditation as much as I can
- diet with fruits and vegetables and some dark chocolate I enjoy
- drastic reduction of workflow
- mint essential oils
- sophrology
- herbal cooling teas
- reduction as much as I can of computers and TV screens
I also take once per day paracetamol
Can you see other remedies to cope with it fast ?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Your plan of action is good.
Few things I would like to add are...
Must get your eyes checked up by a eye doctor.
Take paracetamol if you have headache otherwise there's no need.
Avoid computers totally.
Avoid seeing any TV couple of hours before going to bed.
Drink plenty of plain water and take coconut water also.
Avoid alcohol,tobacco or any other drug of abuse.
Avoid junk foods like colas,pastas,burgers,deep fried foods,sweets etc.
Do deep breathing exercises also.
