Brief Answer:
See neurologist, do a CT scan of the brain

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It might be of great interest to get the opinion of a neurologist, especially if you have not had some relief with these drugs.

However, it is necessary to exclude common causes of primary headaches that could present as such. Tension headaches and cluster headaches could manifest themselves as such. However, they are usually accompanied by nausea, vomiting, tearing at the level of the eyes and tightness and cramps at times at the neck region.

In case all of these are excluded, the place of a CT scan becomes very important. It shall be imperative to exclude a growth or mass or tumor at the level of the brain. Tumors of the base of the skull could at times present as such. the headaches in this case are however more severe within the early hours of the morning, usually accompanied by nausea and at times jet like vomiting. Weakness in one part of the body could also be seen in certain circumstances.

An opinion from a neurologist and an urgent CT scan of the brain are my advice.

Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
