Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Stiff Neck And Fatigue

Question: dry mouth, dizzy, fatigue, naseau, headaches, stiff neck. I also have thyroid issues, very thirsty drinking lots of water, feel better when I am out in the fresh air

Noted your question. Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Thyroid problems alone can not explain all of your symptoms. Dry mouth could be contributing to excess thirst. Do you have any mouth ulcers, joint pains or dryness in eyes?.
You need some more investigations to rule out cause of above symptoms.

May I suggest,

1)fasting blood glucose.
2)Electrolytes.
3)serum calcium and albumin.
4)CBC.
5)8AM Serum cortisol.

I noted about financial issues. But these are just basic but not too expensive tests. I wish you could get these tests done.
