Brief Answer:
Be obsevant and see if it recurrs.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health Care Magic.

Headache, vomiting, altered consciousness or seizures are signs of raised intracranial tension. But in such a case MRI or EEG should provide some clues. Since the investigations are inconclusive, it is hard to jump to conclusions especially with just a single episode. I would need to ask if the child was having gastroenteritis or some other gastrointestinal problems which could also lead to similar presentations.

Brief Answer:
Dehydration could account for her symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back. You have just confirmed my suspicion. It seems that your child went into dehydration and that could account for her symptoms. If she has lost fluid from her body, the volume of circulating blood would be less and as less blood reaches the brain, it can give rise to headache and temporary loss of consciousness without anything showing up on MRI or EEG. Probably this had happened to your daughter. The mainstay of treatment in such a case would be adequate hydration with ORS (oral rehydration solution).
