Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Depression
Question: I am suffering from headche since 15years.i have taken depression treatment.now one month ago I found sleep apena problem& i started res med machine for breathing at night to push more oxyzen.& I am taking SZETALO*LS10mg plus.25mg still I have headche . what should i do. Ihave no bp no sugar

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The 15 years headache can be explained as somatoform disorder and probably that is what your treating doctor had in mind when he prescribed you this medicine. Your headache could also be due to the sleep apnoea problem and hence proper correction of your sleep apnoea may also help you with your headache. The other options for the treatment of such headache are amitriptyline or duloxetine which are very effective in tension headaches. I personally prescribe my patients 25mg of amitriptyline and this shows good improvement in headache.
I would suggest that you should meet your doctor and get these new medicines prescribed.
