Brief Answer:
Possibility of migraine headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If all investigations were normal then possibility of migraine headache is most likely.
Sometimes the intensity of headache is less with dizziness, light headedness and tingling sensation. Stress or depression also leads to tingling sensation.
Is there any facial deviation, hearing loss, eruption over ear, weakness in limbs.
Pain killers like Aceclofenac or Naproxen can be taken for relief now.
Are you taking any other medications at present?
Avoid fasting, skipping meals, excessive tea or coffee.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thank you for getting back to me. No, there is no facial deviation, no hearing loss, ear eruption or weakness in limbs. sensation and ROM are normal in upper and lower extremities.
I am not taking any other medications presently. I did try the Naproxen and other NSAIDS and have not had any relief as of yet.
I have not had any changes in appetite so I have been eating the same (all 3 meals, as normal), and I only drink decaf coffee if I have coffee, and rarely soda.

**Other things I have noticed is the dizziness/lightheadedness is exacerbated when I move my eyes, but does not change when I move my whole head. Also, if I am drinking water, I get a rush of lightheadedness every gulp I take. Almost like the same feeling you would get if someone pushed on both carotids very hard and then let go. (mind you, I gulp and drink water like this all the time and this feeling has never happened prior)**

Very unusual for me. I do have a history of anxiety, however my anxiety is a longer standing problem and it usually manifests as a nausea type anxiety, and taking Xanax will relive my symptoms. Xanax has not helped in the slightest for these current symptoms.

Thanks for all your time. I appreciate it

Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can take naproxen 500 mg twice daily for 3-5 days.
If dizziness is persistent, take cinnarizine.
In case of no improvement, visit and get examined by a neurologist.
