Suggest Treatment For Hard Plaque Bumps On Skin

Question: Have always had these hard plaquey bumps on my skin since I was 6 years old.. i had a habit of picking them but they always grow back..also I have a couple dry patch areas that flakes I constantly try to maintain moisture in them to avoid them being obvious on my dark skin...what are they? and what can I do to cure it?

A disorder in which material from deeper layers are extruded through skin in the form of crust.
A biopsy is needed to confirm.
You can try vitamin E capsules for a month.
