Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump After Hysterectomy

Question: I had a hysterectomy on 10/20/14. I have since noticed a hsrd lump on my hard pallate. Could this be caused bu breathing tube?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having Intubation Trauma result in Hard lump .

If I were your treating doctor , I would prescribe you
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily &
Ibuprofen to decrease swelling .

You can discuss this with your treating doctor.

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
