Brief Answer:
Treat thyroid first

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your hair fall problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.

Since your TSH is high, this means that you are having hypothyroidism and this could be the reason for your hair fall.

When did you get your TSH done? Since when are you on Thyronorm and the dosage you are taking?

Once your thyroid status returns to normal, your hair regrowth will also start itself.
Till the time you treat thyroid, taking hair treatment will not help you much.

Take regular treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You are already taking sufficient treatment for your hair problem .
Just apply it regularly .It is good that you have started treatment for thyroid also .
It might take two to three months of regular treatment for complete hair re growth .
So follow the treatment regularly ,your hair fall will soon stop .
