Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia; minoxidil solution and finasteride tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your query and I have understood your concern.

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia which is characterised by gradually progressive thinning and hair loss from the center of the scalp.
There is also usually a receding anterior hair line accompanied by a broad forehead in androgenetic alopecia.
Tendency to develop adrogenetic alopecia is genetically inherited and there is usually a positive family history of early hair loss and balding in other male family members.
Treatment of choice is topical minoxidil 5% Or 10% solution and oral finasteride tablets. Tugain solution is in fact minoxidil solution.
Minoxidil is applied twice daily at scalp skin, 1 ml, morning and evening. Finasteride is to be taken as a single 1 mg tablt once daily.
I would also suggest you to use a ketoconazole based shampoo for scalp wash e.g nizral shampoo.
Goal of treatment in androgenetic alopecia is to arrest or slow down progression therefore earlier the treatment is started better the long term results. Treatment is long term.
Minoxidil solution and finasteride tablets are prescription products and I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for more details and for the needful.
