Now since this condition is genetic in your case, so I would like to tell you that only diet modification will not help you much. Since the condition tends to be hormone related with a genetic factor, so only things like change in food or lifestyle will not help. You should instead start treatment right away in order to control the further progression of the hair loss. Diet modification like inclusion of milk and milk products, eggs, carrots, nuts and fruits like strawberry does help but it would not stop the further progression.
