Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I appreciate your concern regarding hair fall.
Hair fall is usually ascribed to multiple factors like diet and nutrition, hormones, genetics, stress, cosmetic products etc.
From your description and case history, it seems you might be having Male pattern hair loss or Androgenteic alopecia, which is a progressive patterned hair loss due to influence of male hormone, testosterone in genetically predisposed individuals.
Apart from alopecia, it seems you are having seborrheic dermatitis which can cause recurrent dandruff-like flakes on scalp and which in turn can also lead to hair fall.
Therefore for better understanding, I insist you to post some good clinical pictures taken from different distances and angles so that I can review them and help you in a better way.

Brief Answer:
Oral dutasteride, Minoxidil plus tretinoin and azelaic acid, Capixyl serum

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the pictures.
From the review of the pictures its certain that you are having androgenetic alopeica (AGA). As I told you earlier, AGA is a progressive patterned hair loss where there is progressive miniaturization of hair roots due to influence of male hormone, testosterone and this effect of testosterone is seen only in genetically predisposed individuals.
Since its a on-going process and not a disease there is no cure for it. The aim to taking treatment is to halt the process and to stimulate regrowth of hair to provide good cosmetic appeal.
The treatment you have already taken is more or less perfect for androgenetic alopecia still I would like to make some recommendations based on it.
Firstly, continue taking the biotin and multivitamin supplements (Keraglo MEN or Androanagen tablet) once daily for atleast 6 months.
Instead of using plain minoxidil (Amedixil) use combination of minoxidil, tretinoin and azelaic acid 1ml once daily at night over affected scalp.
In morning apply a serum containing Capixyl over affected areas.

In my practise, I prefer using Dutasteride a newer congener of Finasteride. Dutasteride is more effective than finasteride in AGA and at the same time the side effects profile is much lower than finasteride. Dutasteride is usually recommended for 6-8 months maximum upto 1 year.

To control your seborrheic dermatitis, I would suggest you application of ketoconazole and salicylic acid combination shampoo twice a week. Make sure to keep the above shampoo for atleast 5-10 minutes on scalp before rinsing it off.
For regular hair wash, I would advise you use of gentle shampoo and conditioner like Triclenz shampoo and Triflow conditioner.

Avoid excessive oiling of scalp.
Avoid combing in wet hair and let them dry by wrapping in towel.
Avoid blow dryers and hair-color/dyes.

Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your routine life.

Hope your queries are resolved and wish you best of health.
Thank you
