Brief Answer:
Hairs loss on scalp

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
Hair loss is common thing after typhoid due to idiopathic reason.
These measures may help you .
Apply a solution containing "minoxidil, tretinoin & Azelaic acid " on bald area 2 to 5 ml twice in a day on dried scalp .
Take tablet containing biotin, calcium pantotehnate, para-aminobenzoic acid, niacinamide, zinc oxide& acetylcysteine twice in day .
At least for very good result you have to take these drugs for 6 to 12 months .
These both products available on chemist shop .
Usually tablet has no side effect except mild nausea and this will adjust after 5-6 days .
Good luck.

Hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
Shaltop-A is the name of solution for local application on scalp ( bald area ),but it will take more time ( you can avoid tablets ) .
But as far as known to me there is no other way except implantation of hairs on the scalp ( but this is not for you).
Good luck.
